Welcome

With great honor and pleasure we announce National Chengchi University College of Commerce in Taipei, Taiwan as the host for the Graduate Business Conference 2009 from April 15th to April 19th. The International MBA program’s theme will illuminate the most talked about topic in global business today, Accessing the Market of Greater China. The GBC 2009 conference will highlight business development challenges leaders face in the greater China region and GBC delegates will be challenged to think about working in dynamic, culturally diverse environments.

Taiwan is located in the center of the economic engines of Asia and as such provides an unparalleled environment for exploring the importance and global significance of Accessing the Market of Greater China. For attending delegates’ comfort and convenience it is the pleasure of NCCU’s International MBA program to provide accommodation plus traditional meals for the conference days of April 15th, 16th, 17th and 18th. NCCU International MBA’s goal is to provide the most experiential, interactive conference possible, therefore workshops involving intimate roundtable discussions with CEO’s of global brands are being planned plus a hands-on seminar examining the significance of Confucianism and leadership in greater China. These workshops are being designed to give delegates unimaginable insight into what is required to enter the greater China market with important attention being given to the cultural nuances and skills necessary to excel and succeed once here!

Perhaps the most important aspect of GBC 2009 will be the peer to peer learning among attending delegates from the world’s top MBA programs. Best Practices workshops and the President’s Forum enable delegates to share and discuss winning strategies plus challenges faced at their respective universities. The value of four days’ interaction, idea sharing and collaboration with the world’s top MBA talent is immeasurable.

As the global business leaders of tomorrow, the significance of the greater China market is inescapable. Attending the GBC 2009 will give you invaluable insight into Asian business practices, strengthen leadership skills and the opportunity not only for professional networking, but lifelong relationship building as well.

The GBC 2009 in Taipei, Taiwan is not to be missed and we look forward to seeing all of you on April 15th 2009 for an unforgettable conference!

Best regards,
